Lochy Campbell
REMEDIAL MASSAGE THERAPIST
Education: My interest in massage and manual therapies began after a series of early-life injuries. Remedial massage and Osteopathy had profound effects on my physical health and pain relief. I first completed my Diploma in Shiatsu massage, building a foundation in hands-on therapy. I later completed my Certificate IV in Therapeutic Massage and went on to complete Diploma of Remedial Massage the following year, which allowed me to expand into more clinical and structurally focused approaches. Currently, I am studying Osteopathy, which continues to deepen my understanding of human anatomy, biomechanics, and holistic treatment strategies.
Approach: I like to work with the nervous system, integrating a combination of deep tissue, myofascial and joint mobilisation techniques to create a tailored, client-specific approach. My treatments aim to improve posture, relieve muscular tension, and support the body’s natural healing processes. I love holistic approaches to treatments, as body systems never work in complete isolation, and every person is different. My goal is to develop a treatment plan that supports your unique health and wellness goals.
Fun: If I’m not working or studying I’m usually cuddling with my dogs at home. Hobbies include going to music events, getting out in nature, wood carving and catching up with friends.
