Cancellation Policy
Late cancellations and no-shows have a big impact on our business and take up valuable time that could be offered to others in need. To ensure fairness and availability for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation policy:
• Cancellations and rescheduling must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations, reschedules, or non-attendance with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost.
• If you fail to attend your appointment without any notice (no-show), the cancellation fee will still apply.
• Cancellation fees must be paid before booking any future appointments.
• If you are using a gift voucher, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the voucher value, or the voucher may be forfeited.
• If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid delaying the next patient, but the full appointment fee will still apply.
We do our best to remind you of your appointments, but ultimately, it is your responsibility to remember your scheduled time. We understand that things outside your control may arise, but we also respect our practitioners’ time and income and prioritise fairness to both our patients and practitioners, which is why we must implement this policy.
