Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to any Gift Vouchers issued by Palm Beach Osteopathy.

(a) Gift Vouchers are obligation and commitment free. You don’t have to use your Gift Voucher.

(b) There isn’t any time limit on any Gift Voucher and Gift Vouchers have no expiry date.

(c) You can only use a Gift Voucher once.

(d) Gift Vouchers are only valid when you present the Gift Voucher on the day of your consultation.

(e) Gift Vouchers are only valid for all services provided at Palm Beach Osteopathy (Not valid to use for products).

(f) Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and aren’t redeemable for cash.

(g) Gift Voucher cannot be replaced if they are lost.

(i) Palm Beach Osteopathy retains the right to redeem or not redeem any Gift Voucher. Our decision is final as to whether we honour a Gift Voucher or not.

(j) We can update our Terms at any time via our Website, and if you use our Gift Vouchers as a result, will keep our agreement via the Terms.
