How to Purchase a Gift Voucher
If you would like a physical gift voucher, please visit us at our clinic, and our friendly staff will be happy to arrange one for you.
If you would prefer a digital gift voucher, you can purchase one online and have it sent directly to your recipient’s email.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Vouchers can be redeemed for osteopathy, massage, or red light therapy services at Palm Beach Osteopathy.
Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced, so please keep them secure.
You can only use a Gift Voucher once.
Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
24-hour cancellation policy applies - cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the appointment cost, or the voucher may be forfeited.
Online vouchers will be sent via email to the recipient. The purchaser will receive a confirmation email upon purchase.
Gift vouchers do not guarantee treatment suitability - services are subject to professional assessment and clinical judgment to ensure safe and appropriate care.
Palm Beach Osteopathy reserves the right to review and determine the validity of any gift voucher at its discretion. All decisions regarding voucher redemption are final.
