OSTEOPATH

Education: My journey into osteopathy began after experiencing a few injuries through sport when I was younger. Working with a local osteopath during my recovery really sparked something in me, and that inspiration led me to study osteopathy myself. I began my studies in Melbourne, then transferred to Southern Cross University on the Gold Coast, where I completed my Master of Osteopathic Medicine.

Approach: I take a biopsychosocial approach to treatment, looking at the physical side of things, but also considering how lifestyle, stress, and emotional wellbeing may be influencing someone’s pain or dysfunction. I combine thorough assessments with techniques like dry needling, cupping, and shock wave therapy, always with the goal of supporting the body’s natural ability to heal. Creating a calm, supportive space where people feel heard and empowered is a big part of how I practice.

Fun: Outside of the clinic, I’m all about staying active and getting outdoors. I spend a lot of my time hiking, training, camping, and soaking up the sun at the beach. Whether it’s a weekend adventure or a quick beach walk, being in nature is a big part of how I recharge.
