OSTEOPATH

Education: I graduated in 2020 with a degree in Osteopathic Medicine and went on to complete three years of mentoring under John Abdulla in the central coast, further developing my understanding of biodynamic osteopathic practice and patient-centred care. I have also completed additional qualifications in dry needling and massage therapy, alongside continued exploration into fascial work, biodynamic treatment, and indirect osteopathic manual therapy. These studies complement my direct, evidence-based techniques and allow me to provide a balanced treatment approach focused on patient outcomes, healing, and longevity.

Approach: My treatment style combines both direct and indirect techniques tailored to each individual patient to achieve the best possible long-term outcomes. I utilise a systematic and holistic approach to assessment and diagnosis, focusing on identifying the core issues affecting function, pain, and overall health. Depending on the patient and their presentation, treatment may include a combination of Osteopathic Manual Therapy (OMT), indirect and biodynamic techniques, dry needling, massage therapy, and exercise prescription. My goal is always to create a recovery plan that helps you become pain-free, functional, and confident in your body at a pace that suits your individual circumstances, so you can get back to enjoying life.

Fun: Over the past few years, I’ve faced my own health challenges, which has given me a deeper appreciation for health, recovery, community, and the importance of being able to return to the things you love. Outside the clinic, I enjoy spending time with friends, sharing a good meal, training in the gym, or simply relaxing and recharging at the computer.
