DR BLAKE FIRESTONE

Education: I graduated in 2020 with a Master’s of Osteopathic Medicine and have since completed further study in advanced dry needling, and myofascial cupping. These additional qualifications have helped me develop a strong, results-driven treatment approach using evidence-based techniques that support long-term recovery and performance.

Approach: My treatments are straight to the point, no fluff, no time wasting. I work methodically to identify and treat the underlying causes of pain using a range of techniques including dry needling, cupping, and shockwave therapy. I’m not afraid to be a bit more intense when needed if it means getting you feeling better, faster. My goal is always to help you function at your best, whatever your age or circumstances, so you can get back to doing what you love, pain-free.

Fun: When I’m not in the clinic, I’m usually either off the grid, 4x4 adventuring, and camping, or getting stuck into a project around the house or yard, always. I’m also just as happy kicking back with a good book or series when it’s time to recharge.
