Consultation fees

Osteopathy:

Initial appointment (45 mins): $130

Return appointment (30 mins): $110

Extended return appointment (60 mins): $175

Remedial Massage:

Initial appointment (60 mins): $110

Return appointment (60 mins): $110

Return extended appointment (90 mins): $150

Return mini appointments (30 mins): $60

Cancellation Pollicy

A Cancellation Fee applies where less than 24 hours notice is given to reschedule or cancel an appointment, including non-attendance.

Cancellation Fee: 50% of the appointment cost.

Patients with outstanding accounts will not be re-booked until payment for previous treatment and/or cancellation fees have been paid in full.

We do our best to remind you of your appointments, it is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to remember their scheduled appointments. We understand that factors outside our control get in the way of scheduled appointment times, however, to safeguard against loss of our practioners’ time and income we must implement this policy without exception.

Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Referral 

The full consultation fee is to be paid at the time of consultation. The Medicare rebate of $60 will be directly credited to the bank account you have set up with Medicare within a few days..

We require a valid EPC referral from your GP prior to your appointment to process the Medicare Rebate.

Private Health Funds

Private Health Fund Rebates under “extras” cover can be processed on the day through the HICAPS system.

HICAPS/EFTPOS

HICAPS and eftpos/credit card facilities available. A minimum surcharge to cover bank fees is applicable for payment via eftpos.

Privacy Policy

Your Personal Health Information and your Medical Record may be collected, used and disclosed for the following reasons:

  •  For communicating relevant information with other treating osteopaths, doctors, specialists or allied health professionals

  • For appointment reminder/recall notices

  • Accounting/Medicare/Health Insurance procedures

  • For disease notification as required by law (eg infectious diseases)

  • For use by all osteopaths in this group practice when consulting with you

  • For legal related disclosure as required by a court of law (eg. subpoena, court order, suspected

    child abuse)

  • For research purposes (de-identified, meaning you are not able to be identified from the information given)
